Toddler Program 18 months -2.5 years

The Educara Toddler Childcare Program for ages 18 months to 2.5 years is led by a dedicated team of loving and nurturing professional Montessori and Registered Early Childhood Education teachers.

Early childhood is a crucial phase for overall development throughout a person’s lifetime. Choosing the right program for your young toddler is a significant decision.

Our classroom prepared, toddler-sized, the environment is a spacious, well-designed area where children are free to explore with all their senses. Attractive, age-appropriate learning materials and toys are displayed on low shelves within easy reach for toddlers.

They play, engage, and satisfy their natural curiosity through engaging activities gently guided by their caregivers. Self-esteem and feelings of competence develop naturally through toys and material with intrinsic self-correction, ensuring success, pride, and accomplishment in practical life and sensorial experiences.

Toddlers, at this age, are just beginning to express themselves verbally. Therefore, it is imperative to nurture and encourage its development. Language allows the child to articulate wants, needs, likes, and dislikes.

The Educara Toddler childcare program strives to establish a child who can express himself confidently and clearly, resulting in better behavior management and a happier child.

Language development, in the program, is accomplished through various activities such as age-appropriate stories, singing, and spontaneous conversation time.

Our rich curriculum for toddlers is designed to

  • foster cognitive development, speech, and language development
  • develop and strengthen, fine and gross motor skills
  • teach practical life skills and foster independence
  • instill confidence, kindness, grace, and courtesy
  • allow children to learn by doing, using all their senses to explore the world
  • help joyfully inspire social skills and cooperation
